Thank you for choosing K Pearls and Company for your Navajo Jewelry. Please feel free to reach out for any additional questions or concerns that you may have.
Shipping:
- All packages are shipped through USPS.
- All orders are shipped in the order that they were received.
- Tracking information will be provided with your order.
- Once items are in possession/scanned by USPS, K Pearls and Company is not liable for delayed, lost, or damaged merchandise.
- We accept no liability for information that is entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address there will be an additional shipping charge to reship the item.
- Please contact us immediately at kpearlsandcompany@gmail.com to request a change or cancellation and we will do our best to accommodate. Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Once the order has shipped it cannot be canceled.
Return Policy:
- Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, unworn merchandise postmarked to be returned within 7 days of delivery will receive a refund or exchange.
- All sales are FINAL on sale items.
- We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund once we have received your returned item.
- K Pearls and Company reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
- Customer is responsible for delivery fee for returned item(s).
- Return address will be given once notification has been given.
Additional Policies:
- All orders will be shipped within at least 2 weeks after order has been received, unless notified otherwise.
- If you need something sooner or would like an exact quote of handling/production times please let us know. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional nonrefundable fee.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item please send us a message (via email or direct message) and include a picture of the item and we will assess a refund.
- Any Navajo Pearl jewelry broken (within reason) may be requested to be repaired.
- K Pearls and Company reserves the right to refuse a repaired item if these conditions are not met.
- Due to the handmade nature of our product each piece is unique and full of character. We do our best to add the exact measurements of each piece in the item descriptions but measurements may vary slightly from batch to batch and piece to piece as there is no exact science to handmade items. Measurements for necklaces and bracelets are taken from end to end. If you require the exact measurements of a piece or have measurement questions feel free to reach out to us. All of our products are made from .925 sterling and fine silver with other precious metal accents like gold, copper, or brass. Variations in stone and silver design are to be expected as nothing we produce is machine made. All of the stones in our jewelry are genuine and may contain deposits of quartz, pyrite, calcite, or various other minerals. They may also have an uneven shape or texture, thus adding to their beauty. Because our stones are genuine they are delicate and should be treated as such. Avoid dropping your stones as they can fracture or crack. K Pearls and Company accepts no liability for broken stones.
