• Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time.
• We recommend purchasing a "Silver Jewelry Polishing Cloth" if you have any silver jewelry.
• Clean your Navajo Pearls regularly with specific cleaning cloth, preferably after every wear. You can find our cleaning cloths for purchase under the "more products" tab.
• Remove your Navajo Pearls when showering, swimming, applying lotions, tanners, or using harsh chemicals.
• Makeup, hairspray, perfumes, and lotions can speed up tarnishing. So be sure to put your jewelry on last when you are getting ready.
• Never use solvent, jewelry cleaners, or steam cleaners as these may damage your piece.
• Lining the drawer or box that you store your jewelry in, in an anti-tarnish cloth, or get anti-tarnish bags for your jewelry.
