Is everything authentic?

YES! Everything in our store is 100% authentic. We strive to give our customers high-quality jewelry. Our Navajo Pearls are 100% authentic, we only buy high-grade turquoise and stones from the United States. All hardware will always be sterling silver. Any other rings, earrings, bracelets, or necklaces we sell will be stamped 'sterling' and most of the time by the artist as well!

 Is the sizing of the jewelry always 100% accurate?

Due to the handmade nature of our product each piece is unique and full of character. We do our best to add the exact measurements of each piece in the item descriptions but measurements may vary slightly from batch to batch and piece to piece as there is no exact science to handmade items. Measurements for necklaces and bracelets are taken from end to end.  If you require the exact measurements of a piece or have measurement questions feel free to reach out to us. All of our products are made from .925 sterling and fine silver with other precious metal accents like gold, copper, or brass. Variations in stone and silver design are to be expected as nothing we produce is machine made. All of the stones in our jewelry are genuine and may contain deposits of quartz, pyrite, calcite, or various other minerals. They may also have an uneven shape or texture, thus adding to their beauty. Because our stones are genuine they are delicate and should be treated as such. Avoid dropping your stones as they can fracture or crack. K Pearls and Company accepts no liability for broken stones.

Do you do customs?

YES! Send us a message on one of our social media pages (Facebook or Instagram) to get your custom started! Prices and wait time will vary depending on our inventory. 

 

Can we repair or refurbish personal Navajo Jewelry not purchased from your store?

Absolutely! We have refurbished many pieces for customers, from family heirlooms to just simply wanting a different style, we do it all! If you have purchased a piece of jewelry not from us, we can repair it for you! Once we assess what is needing to get done we will estimate you a price! 

 

How do I find out what size (length and MM) is right for me for my jewelry?

Please see our sizing guide under the 'learn more' tab, this will help you get a grip on what is best for you! If you still have sizing questions please send us a direct message on our socials and we will get back to you as soon as we can! This will be the fastest way to ask those types of questions and we can send you pictures! 

 

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! You will find it in the "more products" tab. You can choose your desired amount and will receive an email about further gift card details!

 

Can I schedule a pickup for my jewelry if I am at a Stock Show or in Brookings, SD?

Yes! For a discount code please enter 'JACKSPICKUP' and this will void your shipping cost. If we are at a certain stock show, or out at college (South Dakota State University, Brookings, SD) we can schedule a pickup. However, for this to work out it needs to be when it best works for us. Please send us a message, preferably direct message on one of our socials, BEFORE you checkout. If it works best for us we will make it happen!

 

Can I see the jewelry in person?

Yes and no, all of our jewelry travels with us to all stock shows that we are at, so we can try and find a time that works best for us to have you come see it! Also, during college time, we can also schedule to make something work on our terms!
